I'm just reaching out to enquire about the Ratel expedition. I'm interested to joining an existing team or alternatively somebody that also needs a team to make up a team of two (2). I did my first adventure race last year and managed to finish the Drakensberg expedition. I did 3000 kilometers per foot in one year to train for the event as well as some cycling and swimming, and understand I need to spend some more time in the saddle for this event.

What has been your greatest sporting adventure in the past 3 years?: The last AR I completed was the 120km Full-Moon Drakensberg race in 2018. I have been looking to get back into it. I haven't been racing a lot since I started varsity, but I have been training regularly.
Running: I completed 14 half-marathons in the year of 2023 with a PB of 1:29:49 on road and 1:46:17 on trail.
Cycling: Finished my first Ride Joburg (94.7) in 2023, on my MTB in 4:38:06.
