What has been your greatest sporting adventure in the past 3 years?: The last AR I completed was the 120km Full-Moon Drakensberg race in 2018. I have been looking to get back into it. I haven't been racing a lot since I started varsity, but I have been training regularly.
Running: I completed 14 half-marathons in the year of 2023 with a PB of 1:29:49 on road and 1:46:17 on trail.
Cycling: Finished my first Ride Joburg (94.7) in 2023, on my MTB in 4:38:06.

What has been your greatest sporting adventure in the past 3 years?: I just completed the Calling Cape Town challenge on 10 March: 8.5km ocean swim, 109 km CTCT followed by the 3 peaks trail run challenge (45 km, 2.5km vert). I have done several extreme endurance events in swimming (16 milers) and running (ultra marathons) in particular, as well as several long distance triathlons. I have done a fair bit of orienteering too.
